**Overview:** We are seeking a passionate Community Organizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to making a positive impact within the community and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage residents - Collaborate with local organizations to address community needs - Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for various initiatives - Market programs and events through social media platforms - Lead initiatives focused on public health education and awareness - Supervise and support program development efforts - Organize and lead community meetings and events **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field preferred - Proven experience in community organizing, volunteer management, or related roles - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and educate others - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in social media management for outreach purposes This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community while developing valuable skills in leadership, program development, and public health education.
